Certified quality for your safety…
Feit’s fire dampers ensure silent airflow thanks to their aerodynamic design. If the temperature exceeds 72°C, a thermal fuse cuts off the power supply and releases the actuator spring, closing the damper immediately. Closure occurs in case of power loss or thermal fuse activation.
Once power is restored, the damper reopens automatically, except when the thermal fuse has been triggered.

Electrical system…
Safety actuation is carried out by an electric actuator with a 72°C sensor or in case of power loss. The green LED positioned on the sensor confirms that power is active and the fuse is intact and functioning correctly. You can perform manual release tests at any time. Electric actuators are available at 24V, 110V or 230V, with the option of a 95°C sensor also available as a spare part.

To isolate from the mains, the system must incorporate a device that disconnects the phase conductors, with a contact gap of at least 3mm.
The electrical cables are halogen-free, 2 x 1m, low smoke.
The actuator is pre-wired with 1m halogen-free, low smoke cable.
